  • Doctors virtually communicate with the beneficiaries during the visit to check up on their health status.
  • Medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications are reviewed and discussed with both sponsors and beneficiaries. Other common illnesses (such as common cold, flu, sprains, etc.) and new non-emergent symptoms are also discussed.
  • Beneficiaries are introduced to their assigned caregivers and are also informed about the time frame of their upcoming home visits.
  • Doctors analyze and review the data collected by caregivers.
  • Doctors also review their daily medication dosages and assess any refill needs.
  • In case of an urgent and/or emergency situation, call center agents will establish a connection with the sponsor as well as other emergency contacts.
